When submitting a bid or requesting tickets, we collect your name, email address and a contact telephone number. If you sign up to our email mailing list, we collect your name and email address.

For what purpose will your personal information be used?
In the case of bidding, your personal information is used to identify you as a unique bidder and, specifically, your contact details will be used to get in touch with if you remain the highest bidder. In the case of ticket requests, your information is used to identify you as a ticket applicant. In both of these cases, your email address may be used to update you with further information about the event.

Upon signing up to our email mailing list, your email address will be used to send you updates regarding the progress of the event in the days leading up to the occasion.

We will not pass on any of your personal information on to any third party.

If your personal information changes.
If your personal information changes you can notify us by emailing info@cambridgeauction.co.uk.

Removal of your personal information from our database.
If you no longer wish for us to store and use your personal information please email info@cambridgeauction.co.uk with the subject line 'Remove me'. This will not affect any contract entered into by bidding.
